This agreement

Ez Auto Refi LLC (“we”, “us”) operates ezautorefi.com. By using this site or submitting an application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

We are not a lender

We do not make credit decisions, we do not set rates or terms, and we do not fund or service loans. We collect your application and transmit it to our lending partner, iLending, which does all of those things. We are paid by the lender for each application we submit. You pay us nothing.

Who can use this service

To apply, you must be all of the following:

• At least 18 years old.
• A United States resident living in a state we currently serve. The states we do not serve are listed on our Licensing & Disclosures page.
• The owner of the vehicle, or a borrower on the loan you want to refinance.

Accurate information

You agree that the information you give us is true, complete, and about you. Do not submit another person’s information as your own. If you add a co-borrower, that person gives their own consents and signs their own authorization — you cannot agree on their behalf.

No guarantee of an offer

Submitting an application is not an application for credit with us, and it does not mean you will receive an offer. The lender decides whether to make one, on its own underwriting. Not everyone qualifies. Any figure you see on this site is an estimate based on what you told us, never an offer or a quote.

Electronic communications

This service runs electronically. By continuing, you agree to receive disclosures, notices, and agreements electronically and to sign them electronically, on the terms of the E-SIGN consent shown in the application form. We record the exact text of each disclosure you were shown together with your agreement to it.

Using the site

We may change, suspend, or discontinue this site at any time. Do not scrape it, submit automated or fraudulent applications, or interfere with its security. The content and marks on this site belong to us or to our partners.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, and we are not liable for the lender’s decisions, its products, or its conduct. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change.
